Prabowo Praises Condolences for the Sunda Strait Tsunami Victims

Jurnal Fakta. Presidential candidate number 02 Prabowo Subianto expressed his condolences to the tsunami victims who hit the coast of Banten and Lampung on Saturday (12/22).

"I share my condolences for the victims of the tsunami in Banten and Lampung," Prabowo Subianto said after the recitation program at MTA Solo, Sunday (12/23).

According to Prabowo, some of his friends were also victims of the tsunami last night caused by the eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau.

"There are some of my acquaintances, and members of the Gerindra Party. We express our condolences for the incident," Prabowo said.

Prabowo, who is also the Chairperson of the Gerindra Party, said that he personally prayed that the next tsunami disaster would not occur again in all parts of Indonesia.

"We must be more vigilant about the possibility of a subsequent tsunami," said Prabowo.

Previously, vice president number 02, Sandiaga Uno also expressed condolences. Sandi said he had sent a team of volunteers and a number of assistance needed by the victims at the scene.

"Prabowo-Sandi volunteers immediately moved to ensure that we could work together with government officials," Sandi said.
